• Requests submitted through the website are not instant confirmations.
• Our team will contact the local partner, check availability, and send you a proposal with final price and conditions.
• A booking is considered confirmed only once written confirmation and payment instructions have been received.

3. Prices & Payment

• Prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary depending on group size, seasonality, or partner availability.
• The final price and payment method will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
• Payment in advance may be required to secure your reservation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Unless otherwise specified, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date are eligible for an 80% refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours, or in case of no-show, are non-refundable.
